Via Miraleste was originally designed by architects Palmer and Krisel and built by the Alexander Building Company in 1959. The property was completely renovated in 2010. While preserving many of the beautiful architectural details of the original design like clerestory windows and vaulted ceilings common to the Palm Springs modern movement, Via Miraleste now has all of the conveniences of today: great common spaces, large bathrooms, well-spaced bedrooms, indoor laundry, indoor/outdoor stereo system and a large, open, modern kitchen with all of the amenities.
Outside, Via Miraleste offers beautiful unobstructed views of the San Jacinto mountains from the exceptionally private and lush fully fenced back yard with citrus trees, salt water pool, built-in spa, Weber gas barbeque and fire pit. A 750 square foot veranda spans the length of the house for shaded outdoor enjoyment in the lounge area or dining area.
